Welcome Francesca Siracusano to Russo Law Offices!

WELCOME TO THE TEAM!

We are excited to introduce the newest Russo Law Offices team member, Francesca Siracusano, Estate Planning and Probate Attorney.

As an estate planning and probate attorney, Francesca is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of planning for the future, managing estates, and handling probate court matters. Her passion for providing legal guidance stems from a deep desire to help families protect their assets and secure their legacies for future generations.

A Passion for Estate Planning

Francesca’s journey into estate planning was inspired by her father, a wealth management planner who works closely with personal injury attorneys. Growing up, she heard stories about families facing sudden, life-altering events and how financial planning was crucial to their recovery and future security.

“When I started law school, I was struck by how personal injury attorneys often conclude their involvement once a settlement is reached or a trial is over,” Francesca explains. “I realized there was a significant need for families to have plans in place—not just in reaction to hardship, but as a proactive measure. Estate planning allows me to help people prepare for the unexpected, safeguard their assets, and ensure peace of mind during difficult times.”

Prior to joining Russo Law Offices, Francesca worked for a small estate planning firm in Naperville, where she gained valuable experience assisting clients with wills, trusts, and probate matters. Her commitment to providing compassionate, personalized legal support makes her a perfect fit for our team.

Estate Planning: A Conversation Worth Having

Francesca understands that estate planning can be an uncomfortable topic, but she emphasizes its importance to all her clients.

“No one enjoys thinking about what happens after they’re gone,” she says. “But having these discussions now allows you to create a plan that ensures your loved ones are protected and that your wishes are honored. A little discomfort today can provide long-term peace of mind for your family.”

At Russo Law Offices, we believe estate planning is more than just a legal process—it’s a way to protect what matters most. Francesca’s approach aligns with our firm’s commitment to guiding families through these crucial decisions with care and expertise.

Committed to Protecting Families

For Francesca, the most rewarding part of her work is knowing that she provides clients with security and assurance.

“It’s incredibly fulfilling to help families feel confident about their future,” she shares. “By putting a plan in place, we give them one less thing to worry about. I’m honored to assist clients in preserving their legacies and ensuring their loved ones are taken care of.”
